My name is Joceline Santiago. A lifetime passion of mine has been and will always be fitness. I have found fitness helps one feel empowered and strong and in many ways provides a therapy to help navigate life's challenges. My desire is to be able to work with clients as their coach helping them to achieve fitness goals and to be able to reap all the benefits that being strong, fit and confident all of which healthy fitness habits can provide.
I am super excited to share that with my community.
A little bit more about me. During my 6-year military career I was an instructor for the physical-test that the military would administer; and it was there that it stood out to me that most soldiers did not have the proper care during their service when it came to stretching, strengthening, mobility or balance. Especially for those of us that were injured including myself. I made it my mission to fully understand the body and its mechanics in order to be able to help those in need.
I decided to take my Bachelor's degree in Human Biology. After the military I dabbled in various ventures, but I came to the realization that I was always drawn back to fitness. I decided to take a fitness certification specializing in active aging to not only help with the aging body, but to understand injury recovery and rehabilitation. I came full circle and I have since been training many people of every age group for the past few years. I’d love to help you reach your fitness goals.

I've been training with Joceline close to two years and highly recommend her. At 72 years old I was looking to improve my health and mobility after being diagnosed with diabetes. With her training and expertise my health has improved immensely. Joceline is fun to work out with and pays attention to your physical needs. She changes up the exercises every session and is always very encouraging and a good listener. She might be small but she's a mighty trainer.
