All In One Fitness was founded by Jasmine Buczek and Kara Collier — two certified fitness professionals who saw a gap in the market and decided to fill it. Not another crowded big-box gym. Not a one-size-fits-all program. A real fitness community where members come to get fit and along the way build friendships and gain a supportive fitness family as they achieve their health and fitness goals.

Today we have two East Bay locations — Albany and Alameda — and a team of 10 certified trainers who share the same commitment to doing this the right way.

Jasmine brings over 17 years of personal training experience and a passion for helping people of all ages transform their health. She has worked with all age groups — from weight loss and post-injury rehabilitation to sports-specific training and senior fitness. Jasmine believes deeply that the mind leads the body: set your goals, make the time, and together you can become the person you've always wanted to be.

Kara co-founded All In One Fitness with a clear mission: build a center that truly helps people change their lives. With a B.S. in Physical Education from Iowa State University and decades of experience across youth, adults, seniors, and special populations, Kara brings a well-rounded command of training modalities — from weight management and rehabilitation to core strength, cardio endurance, and hormonal health. She believes each person is truly unique, and prides herself on getting to know every client.
