Jasmine is one of the founders of All In One Fitness, LLC, bringing over 17 years of personal training experience and a background in sales and marketing spanning 25 years. Fitness and overall well-being have always been a passion of hers. She has worked with all age groups in weight loss, post-injury rehabilitation, building lean muscle mass, and sports-specific training — and possesses extensive experience with the geriatric population, helping clients improve strength, stability, flexibility, and balance to enhance quality of life for years to come. Jasmine believes deeply that the mind leads the body: convince the mind, set your goals, make the time, and together you can transform into the person you've always wanted to be.

With over 25 years in the health field, Kara Collier co-founded All In One Fitness with a clear mission: to build a center that truly helps people change their lives. She has worked with a wide range of clients — youth, teenagers, baby boomers, seniors, and special populations — bringing a well-rounded command of training modalities including weight management, rehabilitation, core strength and stability, cardio endurance, sport-specific conditioning, and overall strengthening and toning. Kara holds a B.S. in Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Science and Health from Iowa State University, and carries some of the most respected certifications in the industry — with continuing education spanning knee and hip replacement rehab, ACL repair, shoulder injuries, myoskeletal flexibility, and hormonal health. She believes each person is truly unique, and prides herself on getting to know every client and what they need to succeed.

Kirk has a great passion for helping people achieve their goals and live a healthier, happier lifestyle — and an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, always studying current trends and breakthroughs in the industry. He has worked with clients across a wide spectrum of conditions, from clinical obesity and type 2 diabetes to total joint replacement, cystic fibrosis, and degenerative back disease. Kirk believes that every person, regardless of their current fitness level or life circumstances, can make improvements that lead to greater health and happiness.

She has had the opportunity to train clients ranging from age 12 to 97, and has a special love for working with baby boomers and seniors, having witnessed firsthand the profound positive effect that consistent training has on all aspects of their lives. Janice specializes in one-on-one senior fitness programs, but her diverse background also includes group fitness, general conditioning, weight loss, and body sculpting. Fitness has been a lifetime passion for Joceline Santiago — a force that empowers, strengthens, and provides a kind of therapy for navigating life's challenges. During her 6-year military career, she served as a physical test instructor and recognized firsthand that most soldiers lacked proper care around stretching, strengthening, mobility, and balance — especially those who were injured, including herself. That experience drove her to fully understand the body and its mechanics. She went on to earn a B.S. in Human Biology, and after the military found herself always drawn back to fitness. She pursued a certification specializing in active aging to deepen her understanding of the aging body, injury recovery, and rehabilitation. Today she trains clients of every age group and is passionate about helping each one feel strong, fit, and confident.

Nick Fontaine works to get his clients results — plain and simple. He takes the time to truly understand each person's needs and cares deeply about getting them where they want to be, no matter their starting point. He has experience working with baby boomers, special needs clients, and sports athletes, and prides himself on creating a comfortable, welcoming environment for everyone. Nick takes the initiative to help clients set meaningful goals and then builds tailored programs to reach them. His training approach centers on safe progression, general fitness, core stabilization and balance, functional training, neuromuscular training, interval training, and conditioning — with a PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) degree backing his deep understanding of the body.
My name is Sara Le Cornec, and I have been a Certified Personal Trainer at All in One Fitness for nearly two years. I became a trainer because I am passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves and supporting them throughout their fitness journey. Before entering the fitness industry, I came from a circus and juggling background, where I discovered my love for teaching and helping others develop new skills. Juggling taught me the value of consistency, patience, and perseverance — qualities that translate directly to fitness. I believe that showing up, even on the days you don't feel like it, is one of the most important steps toward success. As your coach, I'm here to provide accountability, encouragement, and the extra push you may need to keep moving toward your goals.
My goal as a personal trainer is to provide coaching that is fun, effective, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I strive to meet people where they are, helping them make steady progress while adapting workouts to support their abilities and goals. I believe fitness is a lifelong journey, which is why I emphasize sustainable habits, long-term health, and training practices that support longevity. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing clients grow stronger, gain confidence, and achieve things they once thought were out of reach. I'm committed to helping you build a fitness routine that is both enjoyable and sustainable, so you can continue making progress for years to come.
My name is Francesca Villagomez. With nearly five years of experience in the fitness industry, I am passionate about helping individuals of all ages and fitness levels achieve their health and wellness goals. My experience spans working with clients from ages 16 to 80, allowing me to develop personalized training programs that are tailored to each individual's unique needs, abilities, and objectives.
I believe that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all journey. My approach focuses on educating clients about their bodies, building sustainable habits, and creating long-term success through consistency, proper movement, and individualized support. Whether your goal is to improve strength, increase mobility, enhance flexibility, lose weight, build confidence, or simply lead a healthier lifestyle, I am committed to helping you every step of the way.
My areas of expertise include one-on-one personal training, group fitness instruction, Pilates, sculpt training, strength training, mobility and flexibility development, and nutritional guidance. I place a strong emphasis on developing the mind-muscle connection, helping clients move with purpose, improve body awareness, and maximize results safely and effectively.
No matter your age, experience level, or starting point, it is never too late to begin your fitness journey. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to achieve lasting results and create a healthier, stronger version of yourself.
I look forward to helping you reach your goals and building a fitness program that supports your success both inside and outside the gym.
Hi! I'm Clemente. I help people get stronger, move better, build confidence, and feel good in their bodies.
I started personal training in 2021 in Miami Beach, Florida, where I worked with clients who wanted to improve their physique, build stronger glutes, and feel confident in swimwear. That experience helped shape my focus on body composition, glute development, and helping clients feel strong and confident in how they look and move.
In 2023, I relocated to the Bay Area in California, where my coaching continued to grow. I have focused more on training adults 40 and older who want to stay strong, active, and mobile. I enjoy helping clients build strength in a way that supports their lifestyle — improving balance, building muscle, losing body fat, or helping them feel better day to day.
My coaching style is supportive, energetic, and personal. I care about results but I also care about making fitness feel fun and sustainable. I like to create personalized training and nutrition strategies based on your goals, fitness level, lifestyle, and how your body moves.
My background as a UX and Product Designer also shapes the way I coach. I like to listen closely, solve problems, and design a plan that actually makes sense for the person in front of me.
Fitness is more than just how you look. It is about building the strength, confidence, energy, and freedom to live your life fully. If your goal is to get stronger, lose body fat, build muscle and develop strong glutes — I am here to help you build the strongest version of you.
